Brian knows District 14 needs a leader unafraid of hard work.
Brian Nathan is a proud Navy veteran and dedicated union leader. He met his wife Tonia, an Orlando native, while both were serving their country. After separating from the Navy in 2008, in the midst of the Great Recession, Brian and Tonia chose Tampa as their home. They pursued their education, built their lives together, and started their family.
As a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Brian has worked in communities across Florida. From military bases in the Panhandle to power stations close to home, he has served as an apprentice, electrician, and foreman. He has spent countless hours working in the sun and rain, always committed to getting the job done—often with fewer resources but a determination to deliver quality work.
